Opening Speech

Mr. Li Haojun, General Manager of Suzhou Hazardtex Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Li Haojun, the General Manager of Suzhou Hazardtex and the expert on explosion proof industry made the opening speech to express the thanks to the industrial leaders, partners and friends and their presence in this ceremony. He explained the background of Suzhou Hazardtex’s establishment and the current status of China explosion proof market. In the recent ten years, with the rapid development on the economy and enterprise in China, the safety was easily ignored and risks were rooted. People with luck are always disturbing. The recent serious accidents again remind us how important the safety is. With the increasing awareness on the safety, the users are more and more capable of how to use their equipment in a safe way. Suzhou Hazardtex is an enterprise who is focusing on explosion proof safety protection systems and solutions for mobile vehicles used in hazardous areas for flammable or explosive materials. The company has Europe's top technology inheritance and 30 years of explosion-proof experience in research and conversions with authorized manufacturing license. All the systems and solutions make sure the equipment operate in hazardous areas with safety, legality and compliance. This new plant moving indicates Suzhou Hazardtex is enlarging its business scope and perfecting its business system. Mr. Chen Baoqiang, Director of National Construction Machinery Quality Inspection Center, mentioned in his opening speech that explosion protection has a close relationship with the social public safety, environment and live and property safety. As a key player among China explosion proof forklifts enterprises, Suzhou Hazardtex always focuses on technology, quality and services to ensure the safe technology in the explosion proof forklifts industry, making an outstanding contribution to the safety improvement of logistics industry. He expressed his congratulations to Suzhou Hazardtex’s achievements and encouraged the company to be an excellent player with their joint efforts.  

Speech and Wishes from Ms. Zhang Jie, Secretary General of Industrial Vehicle Branch of China Construction Machinery Association

Ms. Zhang Jie shared the latest data of the whole year 2017 to indicate the incensement of China industrial vehicles, over 1.3 million with 16.2% incensement in the world, while CITA members reach the amount of 480,000 and with 360,000 in China domestic market.  

Meantime, there are some new laws and regulations related on the environment protection improved and issued by the government to promote the enterprises to make more energy efficient, more environmentally friendly and safer forklifts by using new technologies. Safety concerns people's livelihood and social stability. A lot of publicity work has been done since CITA has improved safety to the height of an industry strategy. It’s the responsibility for every forklifts manufacturer to provide the safe and right products applying in the hazardous atmosphere of chemicals, military, defense, etc. 

28 years ago, the first batch of scaled explosion proof provider was arisen in Hunan province, thereby realized the principle base of explosion proof forklifts. Two years ago, Changsha Jinying established its conversion base in Suzhou Hazardtex. We come to the new facility in Suzhou Hazardtex, to witness its advanced explosion proof technical capacity, perfect production processes, strict management of conversion and production. I believe China explosion proof technologies and products would be widely applied into more and more industries throughout continuous efforts.   

Mr. Liu Shihong, Secretary General of China Forklift Aftermarket Association, said that both Jinying Tech and Suzhou Hazardtex are resources providers in the forklift aftermarket industry. Since the establishment of Jinying in 2008, it has set up a great service team. By the cooperation with Suzhou Hazardtex, the service team will be definitely growing and stronger. The new facility will support with larger site, more completed and professional equipment and manpower. Serving more extensive business and products in a wider range types, promoting brand influences, Suzhou Hazardtex has formed a completed conversion and service system in China. 

Suzhou Hazardtex leads to the AGV explosion proof technology in the forefront of the industry. The explosion-proof forklifts will be widely used in more and more applications since people improve their public safety awareness and enterprises pay more attention on the equipment safety. That means the Ex equipment provider such as Suzhou Hazardtex and Jinying will face bigger development space in this industry.

The experts from National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion-proof Equipment and Fuzhou SEIB studied the latest laws, regulations and references on China Special Industrial Vehicles in detail, illustrating some latest examples and case studies, aiming to help the companies to strictly follow the industrial standards to grow in a healthy way.

Mr. Fu Dinghe, Director of Fuzhou SEIB explained the new regulation on explosion proof forklifts for all visitors to understand the key changes, such as the latest definition of forklifts, changes on the requirement of manufacturing license. The supervision and inspection body will strictly follow the new regulation and lead the right direction of special industrial vehicles. 

Suzhou Hazardtex is enriching his product series and improving his conversion solutions to match the different requirements of users. All visitors have a tour on the new facility guided by Suzhou Hazardtex staff. The new facility covers an area of 3,000 square meters, nearly three times larger compared with the original operation site. They have a staff of over 40, mainly working in Technical, Engineering and Production Department, with more than 10 years of experience in research and modification of explosion-proof mobile equipment. The Hazardtex products have been widely recognized by users by its technical strength and market experience. We believe the explosion proof technology will be in an indispensable core position in some special environments and areas.
