In the dangerous goods operation area, the equipment is automatically logistics, and the explosion-proof AGV must have omnidirectional movement ability, the load handling capacity covers 5 tons to 20 tons, and the explosion-proof use area is the dust explosion-proof area of Zone 22. Under the condition that the domestic explosion-proof AGV technology is still immature, this project has carried out the research and design of the corresponding explosion-proof AGV system, and obtained the explosion-proof AGV product certification of intrinsically safe + explosion-proof + increased safety, which finally provides customers with Explosion-proof AGV products that meet explosion-proof needs.
On the premise of meeting the customer's explosion-proof needs, the application wheel enables the explosion-proof AGV to have the ability to move in all directions, which improves its flexible transportation ability in the workplace. In addition, this project has carried out standardized design and independent certification for the core control components and drive components, so that other projects can shorten the development cycle and reduce technical risks during implementation.
Although the domestic civil explosion market has a high demand for automated logistics, the research on explosion-proof AGVs in the overall domestic industry is not mature and has not yet achieved sufficient technical accumulation. A mature supply chain system has not yet been formed in the industry. Most of the explosion-proof devices in this project are custom designed, and corresponding explosion-proof certification is carried out, and the technical risk is relatively high.
Under the premise of meeting the product's omnidirectional movement, automatic navigation and customer requirements, this project not only needs to develop an explosion-proof AGV body with explosion-proof capability, but also needs to make all related equipment such as navigation facilities and communication facilities meet the corresponding explosion-proof standards.
