As a growing and rapidly expanding technology company, we offer interesting and varying career opportunities ranging from development and manufacturing through to service and after sales.
We are not a ‘Production Line’ company. Each application is treated as an individual project and requires the knowledge and skills from the whole of the engineering team.
Our production fitters generally come from an apprentice or trainee background, with their career experience usually coming from the heavy goods diesel vehicle industry or in diagnostic electrical industries.
Our technicians have a minimum of qualifications through working as production fitters and our application engineers come from similar backgrounds but are educated to Degree or HNC level.

We encourage skills at all levels to be developed, this is supported by regular ‘Personal Development Reviews’ from which individual training plans are developed. We support formal qualifications and provide varies of development opportunities in line with staff roles and responsibilities.
