Mr. Li Haojun, who is a senior expert in explosion protection industry from Jinying Center, delivered a speech on Hazardous Areas Classification and Harm and Prevention of Static. The topic covered different areas classification, selection of right forklifts, the static generation, its harm in industrial production and its prevention methods. He also released that Jinying is touching and upgrading the business of Ex consulting and deepening the service capability of non-standard explosion protection conversions.
Mr. Xiao Zhangqin, who is a senior expert on battery charger from Shanghai Yufan Electric delivered his speech on Adaptability of charger to battery. He analyzed damage mechanism of the battery caused by overcharge or undercharge by showing the traction forklift battery test data. He also demonstrated the principle of balanced charger and shared the importance of chargers to improve the battery applicable performance and reasonable maintenance of the battery.
Mr. He Le, who is a senior battery expert from LiShi Battery Power, delivered his speech on Application Status and Trend of Lead-acid Battery in Forklift truck industry. He shared R&D and manufacturing process of LiSHi International on lead-acid batteries since its establishment for 17 years and the application in industrial battery, starter battery and power battery areas. The speech covered the technical characteristics and advantages of the four types of forklift batteries: tube forklift battery, tube water forklift battery, maintenance-free EV battery and starter battery.
Mr. Fan Xiangmin, Senior Engine Enginner from QuanChai Power delivered his speech on Technical Knowledge and Application of National III Emission Standards Engine. He explained the latest development status and aftersales service strategy on forklift engines under new emission regulation requirements for non-road mobile machinery. He also showed QuanChai's technical strength on the engines under National IV Emission Standards.
Mr. Tang Jinfeng, Sales Director of Industrial Gas Division, SHV China shared the latest domestic and overseas market status of industrial gas in SHV. He also analyzed the market prospect of LPG forklift and SHV's special gas supply support capability for LPG forklift.
The organizer provided a friendly and warm atmosphere during the event dinner for all the industry colleagues to communicate and share their resources.
The influence of uncertain economic situation on our forklifts industry is the profit of traditional forklifts sales squeezed to the limit.
