Explosion Proof Electric Tractor
Hazardtex explosion proof system for mobile devices is a Zone 2 solution designed for electric vehicles. Hazardous explosion proof conversion is based on Chinese national standard GB19854-2010, European standard ATEX94&92 or IEC international explosion proof standard, which are suitable for the latest forklift trucks. All ignition sources are protected so that the forklift truck is safe to operate in the presence of a flammable atmosphere.

Description
Explosion Proof Conversions
• Safety modification on the whole vehicle circuit
• Different explosion protection measures on all electrical control components on the vehicle (including wiring terminals) to eliminate the ignition sources.
• Over temperature automatic safety protection device to ensure the motors, brakes, electrics and other components remain below the auto ignition temperatures (T Class) of flammable materials.
• Frame leakage monitoring
• Ex'nA' or Ex’e’ motors
• Ex’ic’ or Ex’ib’ intrinsically safe circuits
• Ex’m’ encapsulation
• Ex'nA' or Ex’e’ battery fitted with Ex’d’ plug and socket
• Anti-static devices to bring the static into the earth to effectively prevent the forklift from static, arcing and sparking
