1. The forklift maintains the oil filter on time. Long-term use will cause the filter element to be clogged. Serious clogging will force the safety valve to open. After the safety valve is opened, the unfiltered oil directly enters the surface of the movement, which intensifies the machine. The parts are worn out, and secondly, impurities accumulate in the oil pan, which accelerates the failure of the engine oil. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the filter regularly to replace the filter element;

6. To avoid oil leakage of the machine body, the lower oil level of the tank bottom will inevitably cause poor lubrication, and leakage should be checked and drained immediately.
7. Keep the crankcase of the engine well ventilated, and replace the worn pistons, cylinder liners or valve guide components in time to reduce the downward flow of exhaust gas. At the same time, always check whether the vent is unblocked and ensure that the exhaust gas in the crankcase can be discharged in time.
