The ignition temperature of an explosive substance is the limit temperature at which it can be ignited. It can be classified into T1-T6 Classes based on the maximum allowable surface temperatures of explosion proof equipment. The specification between temperature classes, surface temperatures on equipment and ignition temperature of combustible material is as follows.
